Orders are shipped within 3 business days of confirmation of payment.

Note: For orders outside Metro Manila, shipping fee will be based on JRS Express rates (Size, Qty. and Location)

Shopping Policy

  • Unless stated in the item listing we do not provide refunds.

  • For those items where replacements are offered, they are only for fault/defect within 21 days of purchase and the faulty item must be returned.

  • Replacement will be processed within 5 business days after receiving returned item. Shipping costs for replacement will be borne by the purchaser.

  • We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
